Warranty and Returns
We don't expect it to happen-but we would be happy to replace your frame at no cost if there is manufacturers defect within 6 months from the sales transaction date. (A manufacturers defect, by the way, is determined by the manufacturer.) If your damaged frame does not meet the criteria for a manufacturer defect, (say, you take a fly-ball to the face at a Royal's game,) we will offer you a replacement frame at a 50% discount. To discuss a warranty replacement, visit with an optician at the optical shop you purchased the eyewear. If you purchased on this site, reach out to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to start the warranty process.
Red & Gold KC (that's the name of the frame company that owns the MYKC eyewear line) allows for a 30 day no-hassle return. If you receive your frame and are not satisfied with them, you can return them within 30 days and receive a 100% refund. The 30 day refund date is determined as 30 days from the date the frames are shipped from our showroom in Parkville, MO. If you return eyeglasses after 30 days, a 50% refund will be allowed for up to 90 days. The 90 day refund date is determined as the 90 days from the date the eyeglasses are shipped from our Parkville, MO showroom to you. Please note that returns must be in their original packaging, and unworn. You can't wear them to a Chief's game, and then return them. Not cool.
