What currency are the prices  I see in the site?

All prices are in USD...but only because Kansas City Barbeque is not an established, nationally recognized currency---yet. (But after the NFL draft, I'd say we are well on our way, huh?)

Is this site for bulk orders or individual orders?

Well, honestly, we designed it for both. We'd love you to visit the optical shops that carry our frames, that is best!  But if you are not close to KC, or prefer on-line shopping, we are happy to place an order for you for frames for personal use. We're just all about spreading the KC love!

I have an optical shop and want to carry these frames at my location. Who do I contact?

We'd love that! Contact our Director of Operations at lisa@redgoldkc.com. She will help you get the ball rolling!

I'm not an optometrist, but I would love to carry your sunglasses at my retail business. Is that an option?

You bet it is! Several area boutiques are carrying our sunglass line, and we'd love to learn more about your KC pride!  Email Lisa, lisa@redgoldkc.com to learn more.

How often do you add new product to your line?

Well, that's the cool thing about being in business for yourself- the answer is anytime we want!! We try to keep the collection fresh, by adding new styles to the collection annually, But when we get inspired by something in Kansas City, we've been known to design and roll out a new frame style off-schedule. We love letting the city motivate and inspire us!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Short answer: ASAP.

Long answer: Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at info@redgoldkc.com.

What if I want to put prescription lenses in my frames?

Check out our Optical Shop page, which lists optical professionals who can put prescription lenses in your frames. 

Where can I go to have my frames adjusted to my face?

The Optical Shop page lists optical professionals who carry this frame line at their location. They are all willing to do a personalized adjustment of your frames.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Hey, it happens! If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If it is incorrect, just let us know via email at info@redgoldkc.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. (Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.)

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, as anyone who has lived during the pandemic knows. What we can tell you is that the average shipping time is 7-10 business days, within the U.S.  

I have an idea for a frame, how can I tell you about it?

MYKC Eyewear is inspired by our community, based in our community, and loves input from our community. If you ever have an idea or suggestion for a frame style or name, please feel free to let us know at info@redgoldkc.com. Make sure to follow us and keep up with all of our new collections and releases; you never know, you just may see a suggestion come to life!

How can I get a frame line like MYKC to celebrate my city?
